Deoxys was fascinated by the pokemon world as it explored the planet and learned its ways. Unfortunately, that was cut short as Rayquaza, the legendary pokemon that lived in the sky, attacked Deoxys. As Deoxys was going to die from Rayaquaza, Arceus took Deoxys away and offered it a second chance. Now Deoxys finally had a purpose, to spread the knowledge of pokemon in another world!
