Initiating the fusion with Artemis, he dove towards Jennifer and the ten beings that pursued her.
Without too much of a hassle, he figured out that Jennifer had yet to reach the Ascendion stage.
Yet, her speed was on par with the beings at the Initial phase of the Ascendion stage, indicating that they had reached it not long ago.
It looked like their souls were not fully fused with their vessel.
This was quite an advantage for both Artemis and Jason because it meant that their final strength would be much lower than that of a proper Ascendion stage cultivator.
In fact, it might be close to that, but Jason's worry was fueled by the appearance of a Mid rank Ascendion stage cultivator, or even someone stronger.
It was clear that the Aeus and Devir race didn't think too highly of Jennifer, which was great.
Jason was glad that the two races hadn't sent out stronger Cultivators to finish off Jennifer.
It was most likely owing to the fact that the Aeus and Devir race including the Manyrs were too focused on fighting against the other races that were infiltrating the Julandra region.
Jason didn't care about that, even a tiny bit, and the races could attack whoever they wanted.
He was only interested in figuring out what happened to Jennifer and Luna, followed by one particular race he was eager to find out more about- the Shadow Walkers!
The fact that they were on Manyr revealed two possibilities that Jason hadn't thought of before.
First, the Shadow walkers could have entered Argos knowing that there were humans with the Maest cultivation path.
They could have a plan of using humans in order to do something on Manyr which might be their home planet.
Or, the second possibility was that the Shadow walkers had simply expanded their reach.
After they found the human race on Argos, they could have made use of the soul world, and soul awakening, allowing them to become stronger.
In the latter possibility, the Shadow Walkers wouldn't have been on Manyr for a long time, but that was the less likely possibility if Jason were to be honest.
Thus, he simply didn't mind it for now, and he just hoped to encounter Lux, who might be somewhere close…closer than Jason might think!
Yet, for now, something else was much more important. This caused Jason to use the strengthened moonlight affinity to strengthen his mana tremendously.
By circulating the strengthened moonlight transmuted mana through his body, he exerted the Hermes Celeration movement technique, increasing his strength tremendously.
He was still flying towards Jennifer and the beings at the Ascendion stage, but despite the strong mana currents he released nobody had noticed him yet.
That was owing to the fact that he had been at a comparatively high altitude enabling him to see everyone entering the range of his sight instantaneously.
Using his great eyesight that had been further enhanced through the Runic circle of Unlimited enhancements, Jason was able to see everything down to the finest detail.
Owing to the long way he had to take in order to arrive near Jennifer, the fusion with Artemis was already completed before he reached them.
As such, his Arctic aura along with the two Stigmas on his forehead were fully released, and everything was intertwined in the moonlight affinity.
Thus, his overall strength increased by around 70%, making him extremely powerful.
However, that was not everything he was using. Instead, it was just the beginning!
Releasing the divine energy that had also been strengthened by the dungeon's inheritance, he intertwined it with his aura and the mana which he circulated through his body.
Owing to that, his strength increased further, allowing him to reach a breathtaking speed, making it seem like a sky blueish- silver star was shooting through the cloudless sky.

In the end, it was just Jason, but it didn't take Jennifer and her pursuers a long time to notice him.
In fact, the moment he released his divine energy, everything changed because his Arctic aura enlarged several times over, filling a part of the sky.
Despite realizing that something was approaching them with a shocking velocity, the beings at the Ascendion stage ignored it. They believed that it was simply an attack shot by a being at the Mid Ascendion stage just because it was boring.
Yet, it was only when it was already too late that they were able to perceive that something was wrong, that something in the ginormous hue was moving.
There was no attack of a Mid Ascendion stage beast, but only Jason, who reached the Ascendion stage, was the closest to Jennifer.
It had almost reached the overly exhausted halfling, but it was just at that moment, when the Ascendion stage being was certain that it had caught Jennifer, that the remaining air left its lungs.
Following that, it heard loud cracks, only to realize that it was, in fact, its spine that had issued these sounds.
Only a moment later, it was catapulted to the ground due to the impact of Jason's dive that had attained a terrifying pace. It was halted on the back of the being at the Ascendion stage.
After its back or more specifically, its spine was broken, Jason's dive was halted. But his Arctic aura had yet to cause any effects, which it did without any delay as it spread through the surroundings. The aura reached Jennifer and the 10 beings at the Ascendion stage.
They wanted to release their own aura in order to block off Jason's, but with a shocked expression they realized that this was not possible.
Their aura was inferior in front of Jason's arctic aura that broke their aura apart, before freezing the clothes of the Ascendion stage beings.
Following that, it seeped inside their body, freezing the hair, nails, feathers, and skin of the Ascendion stage cultivators.
Every cell of the beings was affected by the Arctic aura that restricted their movements instantaneously making them go rigid.
Through this, Jason's speed, which was already higher than that of the beings at the Ascendion stage, received an additional boost, increasing his chances of victory by a huge margin.
However, that was not something he required, to begin with.
Both the divine energy and moonlight affinity were enhancing Jason to the extent at which the being at the Initial phase of the Ascendion stage could only plead with him to let it survive.
In fact, Cultivators, at the Initial phase of the Ascendion stage would be powerful enough to fight hundreds of beings that were at a slightly lower cultivation base.
But in the end, their raw strength was 'only' three times higher than that of beings at the Peak Prismar stage.
This was owed to the fact that one's vessel and soul hadn't been fully fused yet, which would take some time for both sides to adjust to each other and become more compatible.
Thus, Jason didn't fear fighting against the Ascendion stage beings in front of him, as their strength was only three times higher than that of a being at the Peak Prismar stage.
And, in the end, they didn't look extremely powerful either, based on the expressions they showcased the moment Jason arrived in the middle of their high-speed chase!
Dumbfounded by Jason's combat prowess whose cultivation base was only between the Mid and Late Prismar stage, they didn't even realize the vibrant smile that emerged on Jennifer's dead-tired face the moment she understood who had come to her rescue.
'He… is still alive!!'
