John-pov
John expertum dimidium. I said as I still cringe at my own name to this day. Why did you name me this way uncle?
She just nodded back as she goes back to watching the setting sun as I just waited for her to finish.
"Why do people like this scenery so much?" I murmured to myself.
"I don't know." She answered my question while shrugging her shoulders.
"Then why are you watching it?"
"It's just... So nostalgic." Yeah, don't ruin the mood me. But still, I have really wanted to ask this question for a while now.
"What was your previous world like?" I ask. Maybe they are some high tech species or some magical beings. I want to know if there are more of them.
"Terrible I would say." She said while laughing nervously.
"Devils roaming around, angels repelling them, royalties doing their own thing, and many many more." She said in a weak voice. And also, angels and devils? Are there also gods and stuff like that? Yeah, I don't want to ask any more of that. Ignorance is a bliss.
After that few exchanges, I just waited for her to finish watching the sun. Are your eyes that good?
She then gets up from her sitting position and asks...
"So, where are we going now."
"Just follow me. Will just live in my apartment for now." I said while also getting up. I don't really have any problems with a girl staying in my apartment.
I opened the blue door that I barged in earlier. It miraculously survived the attacks we did.
"Just follow me." I said as I go down the stairs as she followed me. Oh, I just remembered why I was here in the first place.
"How did the shaking stop?" I said. I forgot that I rushed in here to stop it in the first place. But to think that it stopped in the middle of the fight without even me knowing is pretty ignorant of me.
"The space just repaired it. When opening a teleportation spell, the caster needs to break the very fabric of space so that it could take us here." She said.
"Why didn't you just tell me that in the first place earlier?" I ask. She also said some spells or something. Is she a magician or something?
"I didn't trust you."
I just nodded to her as we keep walking down the stairs.
"Then can I ask a question too?" She said, her tone earlier was so god damn scary that I might get PTSD from it.
"Yes, you can ask anything."
"What are those things?" She said as she pointed at a light bulb.
"That's a light bulb."
"How does this work? Is it powered by magic? How long will it go out?" She asked. Oh boy, I sense troublesome things incoming.
After I explained to her the light bulb, she will just ask different questions such as...
"What's that thing over there?"
"That's an elevator."
"Then that?"
"An aircon"

"Then that?"
"That?"
"That?"
"Tha?"
"Th?"
"T?"
"COULD YOU SHUT UP FOR A MOMENT!!?"
"Eeekk so scary!!! You weren't even this angry when we killed each other on the rooftop." She said as she shierk her voice. As if I would believe in you.
I then noticed a room with the number 68 on it. I just then realised that we were already in my room. Why has it supposed to be the number 68? I don't understand. At least put our room number higher or something.
*sigh*
"Here we are." I said to hela as I open the door to my apartment.
"I'll cook in the kitchen. Just sit and wait there on the sofa, watch some tv or something."
"What's a t-"
"You know what, Just sit there and do nothing." I said as I almost exploded with anger. As I go to the kitchen, I took a peek and saw her giggle for a moment.
'She's fucking doing this on purpose right?'
I had thought in mind. That almost made me look stupid. It's like watching a kid, always curious about something.
I erased my thoughts as I walk to the kitchen as I cook a simple dinner.
*5 minutes of cooking later*
"Done"
I said to myself as I finished cooking. I swept my imaginary sweat as I call for hela.
"Hela, get in here. Dinners ready."
"Coming"
I then waited at the dining table for hela. In the meantime, I put my Glock on the table as I did a simple inspection of it. I'm just testing it if it still works or not.
I then picked up my phone from my pocket and tried to see why my sister is so late right now. Well, I see her reason.
