Calvin Booker was an old man who works as the manager of the most famous pub.
At the age of 18, he registered himself in the army, fought the nazis during World War 2, and served the military for 30 years with a rank of Colonel, he could have reached a much higher rank if it wasn't for an assassination attempt on him where he pretty much gets out alive but in exchange for his left arm which forces him to retire from the military, but then he was gifted by the government of a prosthetic arm.
So, he didn't lose hope, instead of pursuing politics like others, he built himself a Pub with the help of his friends and some of his connections so he could have a stable income.
During another 20 years spent managing his Pub, he found himself a companion through his journey.
He's a very intelligent Chimpanzee which he names Caesar, he found him by chance in a forest when he is hiking, and Caesar was shot by a hunting rifle, so he brought him home and took care of him.
As for why he called him intelligent? Well, he now works in his pub as a waiter.
In just 5 days, Caesar learned the basics of a waiter and 10 days to not make any more newbie mistakes.
Some were fascinated by this, while some didn't bother coming back to his pub which he didn't care about.
Calvin continued his life till his companion's death, Caesar.
Inside a white room, a Chimp, the size of a 10-year-old boy, was breathing heavily.
"Caesar..." Beside Caesar was an old-looking man whose body was shaking while tears were streaming down his face.
Caesar was very smart, so he knows that his friend, Calvin was very sad to see him go.
He held Calvin's hand and slowly muttered, "Thank you." Before Caesar's hand slowly dropped out of Calvin's hand along with a long Beep sound that comes out of the electric Vital Sign Monitor.
The door was blasted open, "Stat!" The room was swarmed by both doctors and nurses while a nurse guided Calvin out of the room.
When he's out of the room, Calvin wiped the tears out of his face before turning around and seeing the doctor coming out and walking toward him.
When the doctor reaches him, he shook his head in sadness, signifying that Caesar didn't make it.
Calvin just smiled in sadness at this before thanking the doctor and leaving the hospital.
It's been 5 years since Caesar's death, and now he's back to managing the Pub alone, while he's alone movies are the only thing that kept him entertained.
During these years, he felt his body slowly but surely weakening, he's having a hard time breathing and moving his body.
Calvin knew his time is close. But before dying, he wanted to feel someone loving him again while also inheriting his Pub.
So he adopted his 10-year-old daughter Ellie, who at first was afraid of him but she slowly opened up to him.
Calvin taught her how to manage the Pub while he enrolled her in a school with his savings.
In just 10 years, she graduated Summa Cum Laude, right now she's managing the Pub along with her boyfriend.
At first, Calvin was tempted to take out his Remington 870 and blast the hell out of her boyfriend which he almost did when he heard the news, but Ellie stopped him in time while the boy has proven his love by putting himself in front of Ellie to protect her when he points his shotgun at him.
It took the couple 5 years to get his blessings before getting married and he became the grandfather of Ellie's son Elijah.
After 5 years, he finally lost his eyesight due to old age. Calvin could already feel death lingering on him.
At the same hospital where Caesar took his last breath, inside a room an old man, was breathing his last breaths with his daughter Ellie and her husband and son Elijah was beside him.

Finally, he felt loved, during his hardest days, Ellie and her husband took care of his needs. And her son Elijah was crying on his death bed.
"Grandpa..." Said the sobbing kid who was holding the bedsheets while tears of sadness were flowing out of his eyes.
"Father..." Ellie was no different, her eyes were red due to her crying.
Meanwhile, Calvin finally felt his last breath but before closing his eyes and sleeping forever, he held Ellie's hand like Caesar did to him and muttered, "Thank you." Before long Calvin's hand slipped through hers and the sound of a long Beep was heard through the room, intensifying their cries.
[May 19, 2022, Calvin Booker died at the age of 88 as a virgin.]
But his story doesn't end there.
When Calvin opens his eyes again, he saw huge towering people looking at him with their huge eyes.
"It's a boy!" A man wearing a green surgery scrub said to a lady who was huffing with sweat rolling down her forehead.
"Give it to me!" The lady said while the doctor heed what she said and gave the baby boy who looks around, confused about his surrounding, not even an ounce of cry.
"I-is there something wrong with my baby? Why isn't he crying like the one in the movies?" The lady said while holding her baby gently as a mother should.
The doctor was also confused, so he grab his stethoscope and listens to the baby's heartbeats.
*ba-dum*
*ba-dum*
*ba-dum*
"He seems to be alive, but doesn't cry?" The doctor muttered before signaling an emergency situation and alerting the nearby nurses.
"Grab me my...." Soon they started working immediately until...
"Uwaaah!" The baby cried making most of them sigh in relief.
They passed the baby back to his mother, while the mother cooed the baby.
Then the door was blasted open and a middle-aged man came inside shouting, "Is it a boy?!".
A red aura glowed around the lady while she stared at the middle-aged man.
"Shut up." She said making the man shiver in fear.
"Mah, mah, no need to be mad, darling, I was just checking if it is a boy or not." The man said while sweats are rolling down his forehead.
The mother ignored him and continued cooeing the baby who was about to fall asleep.
