Damien's brows furrowed, seeing the shocking thing she had written. Even if it was shocking, it was the only answer that made sense. Otherwise, why else would she be involved in both sides?
Damien could only imagine the kind of life she had been leading all along and had a million questions to ask her. But he knew he had to take this slow since this was a sensitive matter to her, and she must have not even told anybody else about this huge secret.
The fact that she even told him meant that she at least decided to trust him. But knowing all this only made Damien feel complicated about the whole thing, especially since he was working against her father.
Wouldn't that concern her as well?
Reva was closely observing Damien, wanting to know how he would react after knowing such a dangerous truth...something that could be dangerous for her if anybody else came to know about it.
This was a secret that she had been closely keeping to herself while walking around on eggshells, especially due to certain people that had a close eye on her.
However, seeing that Damien only had a look of surprise on his face and didn't show any other expression, Reva was able to let out a sigh of relief inwardly.
She was glad that she chose the right person to trust.

Damien then thought of asking her something as he wrote down another question on the piece of paper and showed it to her while acting like he was discussing alchemy with her, "Teacher, would this make any sense when it comes to concocting a Rank 5 Pill?"
"Let me see," Reva answered in a low voice as she looked at what Damien's next question was,
"Your Zirian blood...is it from your mother?"
Damien asked this since this was the only thing he could think of, especially since her father was the Xeton Emperor.
"Yes, this is how it is. Does it make sense now?" Reva asked with a complicated glint in her eyes.
"Let's discuss this later," Damien said with a smile, though the reason he said this was because now was not the right place to ask more controversial questions. He felt that he should talk with her later in some other place...a place that was not in one of the most prestigious places of the Xeton Empire.
Reva nodded, feeling that this was better since she needed some time to process everything as well.
Still, he wrote something on the piece of paper again and passed it to her. Reva curiously looked and couldn't help but have her expression soften as she read the words he had written,
"Don't worry. No matter what, I am here for you. We will do this together. I don't care about your origins. All that matters to me is you. It's time you stopped carrying all the burdens alone…"
The two then continued to discuss alchemy as usual, like in their previous extra classes, though this time, Reva couldn't help but think about the kiss they shared minutes ago again and again, and Damien couldn't help but smile, seeing how cute she looked, being distracted like this.

After a while, when it was time for Damien to leave, the two went back inside the room, and Damien suddenly hugged her from behind, taking her by surprise.
Reva instinctively squirmed her body within his embrace, but after a few moments, feeling his warm hug, she relaxed her body as the two stood still like that for a while, expressing their feelings to each other without saying a single word.
Feeling her soft, supple body within his embrace, he couldn't help but feel his body warming up to her cold soft skin. Even if her skin was so cold, it felt quite pleasant to the touch, making him want to hug her like this forever.
Damien then slowly let her go and held her chin gently as he turned her head towards her, her rosy red lips facing him.
She could feel his smoldering gaze, making her face dye in a beautiful red as she looked away shyly.
Seeing her abashed face only made Damien even more enamored by her beauty as he cupped her face and let his lips melt onto hers.
Reva closed her eyes shut as she held her breath the moment Damien kissed her lips. But Damien pried open her mouth with his tongue, making her eyes widen in surprise as she lightly clutched the back of his shirt as a sign of weak protest.
But Damien didn't let go and continued to savor her cold soft lips with his mouth till Reva began to lose some of the stiffness from before as she slowly gave up under his constant onslaught.
Soon Damien gathered all his willpower to break the kiss since he knew staying here for too long would only end up with troubles for both him and her.
"I will go now...but I will see you later…" Damien whispered in her ears before kissing her cheek and leaving her room like a silent breeze.
She looked at the door through which he left for a while, feeling happy yet feeling more anxious than ever, wondering what the future had in store for them.
However, as Damien left, he didn't see that somebody saw him leaving Reva's room from the other end of the hall. Damien wasn't trying to hide the fact that he was leaving Reva's room, so there were indeed people who saw him leaving. But they didn't think much of it other than wondering how lucky Damien was to interact with the Ethereal Fairy so closely.
But this person who was closely watching Damien leave was none other than the crown prince, Arthur Xeton! He had just left his cultivation chamber and was on his way to some other place, deciding to walk through here just to get a glimpse of Reva but never expected a man to walk out from her quarters right before him.
He unconsciously clenched his fists together but then relaxed them after a few moments, shaking his head to get rid of certain thoughts.
Reva decided to wait for some time till her heart calmed down since she couldn't let anyone else feel suspicious by looking at her.
However, on her way to the palace, a certain someone stood in front of her, making her narrow her eyes with a bit of wariness to see this person here.
