46:1 [hgb] （ 可 拉 后 裔 的 诗 歌 ， 交 与 伶 长 ， 调 用 女 音 。 ） 神 是 我 们 的 避 难 所 ， 是 我 们 的 力 量 ， 是 我 们 在 患 难 中 随 时 的 帮 助 。
[kjv] God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
[bbe] <To the chief music-maker. Of the sons of Korah; put to Alamoth. A Song.> God is our harbour and our strength, a very present help in trouble.
46:2 [hgb] 所 以 地 虽 改 变 ， 山 虽 摇 动 到 海 心 ，
[kjv] Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
[bbe] For this cause we will have no fear, even though the earth is changed, and though the mountains are moved in the heart of the sea;
46:3 [hgb] 其 中 的 水 虽 砰 訇 翻 腾 ， 山 虽 因 海 涨 而 战 抖 ， 我 们 也 不 害 怕 。 （ 细 拉 ） 。
[kjv] Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
[bbe] Though its waters are sounding and troubled, and though the mountains are shaking with their violent motion. (Selah.)
46:4 [hgb] 有 一 道 河 。 这 河 的 分 汊 ， 使 神 的 城 欢 喜 。 这 城 就 是 至 高 者 居 住 的 圣 所 。
[kjv] There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
[bbe] There is a river whose streams make glad the resting-place of God, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.
46:5 [hgb] 神 在 其 中 。 城 必 不 动 摇 。 到 天 一 亮 ， 神 必 帮 助 这 城 。
[kjv] God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
[bbe] God has taken his place in her; she will not be moved: he will come to her help at the dawn of morning.
46:6 [hgb] 外 邦 喧 嚷 ， 列 国 动 摇 。 神 发 声 ， 地 便 熔 化 。
[kjv] The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
[bbe] The nations were angry, the kingdoms were moved; at the sound of his voice the earth became like wax.
46:7 [hgb] 万 军 之 耶 和 华 与 我 们 同 在 。 雅 各 的 神 是 我 们 的 避 难 所 。 （ 细 拉 ） 。
[kjv] The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
[bbe] The Lord of armies is with us; the God of Jacob is our high tower. (Selah.)
46:8 [hgb] 你 们 来 看 耶 和 华 的 作 为 ， 看 他 使 地 怎 样 荒 凉 。
[kjv] Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
[bbe] Come, see the works of the Lord, the destruction which he has made in the earth.
46:9 [hgb] 他 止 息 刀 兵 ， 直 到 地 极 。 他 折 弓 断 枪 ， 把 战 车 焚 烧 在 火 中 。
[kjv] He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
[bbe] He puts an end to wars over all the earth; by him the bow is broken, and the spear cut in two, and the carriage burned in the fire.
46:10 [hgb] 你 们 要 休 息 ， 要 知 道 我 是 神 。 我 必 在 外 邦 中 被 尊 崇 ， 在 遍 地 上 也 被 尊 崇 。
[kjv] Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
[bbe] Be at peace in the knowledge that I am God: I will be lifted up among the nations, I will be honoured through all the earth.
46:11 [hgb] 万 军 之 耶 和 华 与 我 们 同 在 。 雅 各 的 神 ， 是 我 们 的 避 难 所 。
