From now on I will use "()" for when the siblings are speaking by telepathy, as just parentheses can be a bit confusing.
------------------------------------------------------
We both left our room, smiling and from time to time exchanging words by telepathy, especially some plans for specific situations to earn points. We headed to the dining room, trying not to ask the maids or guards we met on the way so as not to arouse suspicion; however, we failed pitifully and had to ask. The maid who heard us thought it was one of our jokes, but she still led us. The beautiful Edevane mansion was huge, there were many rooms, and I even saw a library on the way to the dining room that would be our stop later.
Finally, we arrived at the dining room and to say that we were surprised would be an understatement. The table was big enough to feed an entire sports team, including the substitutes. The finely decorated tablecloth without a stain gave it an extra touch of elegance. The candlesticks that floated instead of being held added a touch of fantasy, I saw my little sister smile like a child, and I could tell she wasn't acting. Seeing us enter, the maids quickly arranged the table and hurried to bring breakfast, though fearfully. It was pretty amusing to see how everyone in the room looked down at the floor, afraid to meet our gaze. I watched my little sister swinging her legs in the chair and couldn't help but smile.
They brought different dishes to the table, some desserts and drinks. The food was so coarse that you could mistake this breakfast for a buffet. For a moment, we were stunned by the excessive amount of food before pouncing on it like a tiger on prey. The maids offered to cut our meat and even feed us, but we declined with a smile, saying we were too old for that, earning a few confused looks. But more confused was I when a maid bent down to serve as my footstool. It seemed I had underestimated the wickedness of this child.
Halfway through the meal, I remembered that we had to earn points, so I glanced at my little sister, who quickly adopted a smiling face instead of a gluttonous one and groaned due to the taste of the food.
"Hmm~ It's delicious!" she cheered as she ate between compliments.
Everyone in the dining room was surprised, it was probably the first time Charlotte had ever praised anything.
"You're right. I'll talk to my mother to say that chefs deserve a raise in salary," I opined with a happy hum to no one in particular. Immediately this caused a reaction.
Aside from the surprised gasps and incredulous looks something else happened that pleasantly surprised me.

Some notifications from the system rang in my head when I mentioned the salary increase. After all, who doesn't like the money? Even though they were few, I was happy; it had changed their impression of us a bit. If you were as cute a kid as we were, it was pretty easy to go from hate to love.
We finished eating and thanked for the food, which caused the maids to look us in the eye for the first time in all the time we had been there. We both smiled our best heart captivating smiles, which caused some of the maids to receive a fatal stroke of tenderness from this terrifying sibling combination.

Out of curiosity, I observed the maid who had earlier crouched down to be my footstool using the 'character information' skill in the hope that I had somewhat changed the sombre expression she had most of the time.
[Character information:

Titles: None
Bloodline: None
Love: -34% Hate (she would kill you if you didn't have shadow servants watching over you all the time) ]
"…"
'Ok, one more reason to conquer Novem'.
Confused, I looked at the other maids, and most were still at 0% love or even lower. Changing a person's perception was not as easy as I thought. There was a lot of work ahead.
We left the dining room under the surprised looks of many maids. We decided to go to the library. There was much to learn and little time. The canon began in a few years when the protagonist is chosen by the sword Excalibur and becomes an adventurer, where he gets fame and a small harem, then wins a tournament in a city where he attracts the attention of a family of viscounts and is adopted, and then attend the Xenos academy in the city of origin at the age of 18.
'By the way...' I thought remembering something as my little sister and I headed for the library.
"(It's an eroge fantasy game, isn't it? Does it use the same power system as in the novel? )" I asked my little sister by telepathy as we walked through the luxurious corridors of the mansion.
"(I have no idea what they call it, but here all people have magic; however, you have to awaken it and then purify it, there are 10 levels of purity, with 1 being the strongest and hardest to control due to it being the most attached to nature. After that are the transcendents and Semi-gods)" She answered as she stopped to admire a painting that simulated a sunset.
I nodded my head before freezing. Everything was the same, so much so that I was scared that I hadn't considered a possibility.
"( Semi-gods? Like the ones that exist on the other continent?)" I asked in my shaky telepathic voice.
"(Yeah, I didn't get that far though, I just read spoilers, there was more sex than plot in the academy, and I couldn't play it because of that)" She said as if it was no big deal and kept walking.
"(This is bad, Charlotte, That means they changed everything but that, What kind of ridiculous shit is that? If they make an eroge game, don't add such a formidable enemy)" I said, quickly opening the system and checking the store, looking for some items or combat skills.
"(Why are you so scared, big brother? Isn't it in that kind of story that the protagonist pulls a power-up thanks to the power of love and friendship and wins?)" she asked, tilting her head.
"(You don't understand, we are not the protagonists, we are the villains, besides, did you forget that we will take everything from the protagonist? How is he supposed to defend us if he will have nothing?)" She paled a little realizing our situation.
"(B-but it can't be that bad, right? Some dragons can destroy a small city with just one attack. We have the upper hand, right?" she said, but I couldn't answer; the enemies were something outside this world. Apart from the fact that they were corrupted by their own power, which made them literally insane, so they felt no pain or fear, some could influence reality itself.
"(We have to make an effort to get stronger, we have to reach beyond the transcendents if we want to have a chance, besides, we have to gather all the powerful heroines and increase their power with the items in the system. There are some interesting items)" I said, looking at the semi-transparent screen.

(***)
After entering the library, which was so large that it would even make a city library look ridiculous, we picked out some books that would undoubtedly help us.
"(Hey, we should start training. I'll take the opportunity to approach Novem while we train. We'll kill two birds with one stone)" I said by telepathy to Charlotte while reading a geography book. Thanks to the novel, I knew how the continent was distributed, but I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.
The human side was located in the south of the continent, there were several smaller kingdoms, but the most important one was Asvan. On the elves side, they were in the north and had the kingdom of Nix, and the beastmen only had the kingdom of Theorin located in the southeast, thus giving the kingdoms a kind of triangular distribution with the city of Origin in the middle of all the kingdoms and the continent. The city Origin was located in the centre of the continent and was as large as a small kingdom, but was not considered as such because only a few representatives from each kingdom ruled it, and it was considered the city of peace, being a symbol of the treaty that all races once signed a thousand years ago.
"(Sounds like a good idea, however, I doubt she would be interested in a child)" Charlotte opined picking up our conversation while also studying, in her case she was reading a book on the fauna of the continent.
I thought that the most important thing would be to review our knowledge and observe if there were changes, but my sister already had a rough idea of what this continent looked like because of the game. It was the bad thing about the novels; they had no images.
"(Well, you're right about that)" I said as I shrugged my shoulders and thought about Novem.
Novem died in the novel protecting Nathaniel from a surprise attack orchestrated by the protagonist, so I didn't know her very well. She did her duty by dying in place of the original Nathaniel, but I didn't know whether she was loyal to House Edevane in general or a person belonging to it.
"(I'd like to help you since I conquered Novem in the game, but it was simply because the protagonist beat her up and fell in love with his strength, you'll have to use other methods if you want her for yourself in the short term)" She explained, turning a page.
"(Well, then I simply have to become stronger than her, I'll plant some seeds in her heart first)" On the outside, we looked like a cute pair of diligent little siblings, however, our conversations via telepathy were quite compromising.
"Novem" I said out loud.
Immediately a shadow materialized next to me, and a beautiful woman in a tight-fitting assassin's outfit manifested. No matter how many times I saw it, it was still stunning.
"At your command, young master" She knelt down while waiting for orders. I immediately used my ability to read her character.
[Character information:
Name: Novem Umbra
Age: 24
Strength: Purity level 5
Titles: Prodigy of the shadow clan. Master of the daggers.
Bloodline: Shadow World
Love: 5% Mandatory Respect ( She believed that you would be a master worthy of her service because of your mother, however, you have disappointed her with your attitude.]
'I can use this' I thought to myself. "(Charlotte, I want your best determined look)" I said to my sister by telepathy.
"My sister and I want to start training, please can you teach us? I want to become a daggers master."
Immediately Novem had a curious gleam in her black eyes as she looked up just to see my determined eyes, then looked at my sister; she had the look of a soldier ready to give her life for her country. We were both good actors, but if I said I wasn't nervous that Novem would see through our actions, I would be lying.
"However, young master, lady Lilia has already hired your sword instructor to teach you the control of your magic and swordsmanship" She said politely, returning to her usual bored expression after the curious gleam in her eyes disappeared.
"I understand, but I also want to be a master dagger wielder."
"Are you interested in the way of daggers young master?" She asked after a brief moment of contemplation.
"I want to be the best!" I nodded childishly.

A notification reached my ears as Novem nodded turning to my sister.
"And you young lady? The young master has awakened his magical power recently. However, you still have to wait two years" Novem asked, genuinely curious about my sister's answer
'So that's why she congratulated me for awakening in the hallway, she felt my magic that day, I guess Nathaniel of this world died when he was awakening his magic' I thought.
My sister took a while to respond, thinking about the right answer.
"Even if I can't have serious training due to my lack of magic I want to use daggers!" She said as she made a childish voice and raised a fist in the air.
'Cute'

It was the first time we had gotten fate points, and it was a significant amount. It seemed that Novem's fate had changed slightly, but I had not yet deciphered how exactly these points worked. Novem just nodded with understanding.
"I understand, I will have to contact lady Lilia to have authorization" Novem informed.
"No worries, thanks for your help" I said with a smile.
After that, she nodded and disappeared into the shadows. I felt happy inside as I had a rough idea on how to conquer Novem. However, I would need another Ero skill from the perverted store of the system and become strong.
"That was good" I nodded and then we continued reading.
I took a magic book after finishing the geography book. As my little sister had explained, there were ten purity levels, and then came transcendence and demi-gods. Simple enough, some people specialized in magic and others in enhancing their body and weapons, but that didn't mean that both couldn't do the opposite; a swordsman could launch a long-range attack if necessary, and a mage could strengthen their body and fight, there weren't so many restrictions apart from directly manipulating organic matter, it would be too broken for a person to erase a person's existence.
I refrained from manipulating my magic until I had a proper teacher; it could cause an accident. So spent the rest of the day with my sister and me studying as much as we could, the maids who were waiting for an order sent us confused looks; They had probably never seen this pair of siblings study so diligently. We reaped affection points at dinner and went to bed. I decided it would be a good idea to sleep a couple more days with my sister in case her panic attacks returned, but it didn't look like that was going to happen.
