The brown field appeared black as night fell. Without the stars and the moon in the night sky, it seemed very ominous.
A Land Rover Defender was driving along the road in the suburb. Xia Lei wanted nothing more than to accelerate at full speed as time was of the essence to him.
After a certain distance, the Land Rover Defender left the main road near the farm and continued its journey until it reached a wasteland. The place Xia Lei stopped his car was at least two kilometres away from the farm, but he could clear that distance in a matter of seconds.
Xia Lei got out of the car and headed towards the boot. He took out a military bag, which consisted of weapons he bought from a Mexican drug cartel. The weapons included a TAR-21 assault rifle manufactured from Israel IMI Systems, a Barrett M98 semi-automated sniper rifle, and a pistol. All of them were equipped with a silencer. There were some grenades and shock bombs in the military bag too. He was definitely scammed by the Mexican drug cartel as all of these weapons cost him two hundred thousand USD. Nevertheless, money was just a bunch of numbers for Xia Lei.
He headed towards the farm after acquiring all his weapons. By using the weeds and cactus on the wasteland as his cover, he moved swiftly and reached the side of the farm.
Xia Lei sneaked into a sugarcane field and moved towards a warehouse.
The Predator B drone was at the warehouse.
A few professionals were assembling the drone in the warehouse while there were eight armed men from the FA organization guarding the perimeter. All of them were equipped with an AK47 rifle. One of them was even carrying a Russian made bazooka.
There were twelve armed men from the FA organization in the wooden building near the warehouse. There were also twenty armed men guarding the perimeter of the farm. They intended for their defences to be unbreakable.
From the edge of the sugarcane field, Xia Lei observed the drone inside the warehouse closely. Two professionals were done assembling its wing and were loading missiles for the drone.
Xia Lei enabled his X-ray vision and focused on the two professionals to decode their conversation by reading their lips.
“We’re about to finish assembling this drone for Mister Yan,” one of the professionals said. “But we haven’t received any order to test run it yet. Did something happen?”
Another professional muttered, “All I know is that people from the CIA were here. Something must have come up. But no worries. This is America and we’re working for the American government now. The CIA will take care of everything.”
“You’re right. There’s nothing to be worried about. Let’s finish loading the missile so that we can test run the drone immediately once we receive the order from Mister Yan.”
“It’s very vital to conduct the bullet test. If everything’s alright, we’re off to China.”
“Haha. I can’t wait to complete this mission. What a rush, bombing the most important factory in China. This attack would definitely have a higher impact in this world compared to when Osama bin Laden attacked the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center building. My friend, we’re going to make history!”
“That Chinese bastard had the guts to oppose the FA organization and threatened the strategic interest of America. What a dumbass!”
“He’s going to be a dead man!”
Xia Lei disabled his X-ray vision and sneaked into the wooden building beside the warehouse from the sugarcanes field.
He had to kill all of the armed men. It was not an easy task to fight twenty well-equipped armed men. He could not afford any mistakes. He needed a plan, a plan that could outsmart his opponents.
The armed men guarding the perimeter of the warehouse were always on edge. Once he shot one of them, all the other armed men would definitely shoot in his direction. The armed men in the wooden building would rush over once they heard the gunshots as well. He could not challenge their firepower unless he had A M134 minigun. He, who was the target hiding in the sugarcane field, would be dead undoubtedly by being shot by dozens of bullets even if they weren’t sure where he was!
There were two armed men guarding the entrance of the lit wooden building. Both of them were Mexicans. And they were smoking marijuana and telling dirty jokes to each other.
There were six armed men in the living hall and were watching a football match from two Mexican football clubs. They watched the game while having a beer, cheering out loud from time to time.
There were four armed men upstairs. The first armed man was at the balcony whereas the second armed man was sleeping in one of the rooms. The third armed man was writing something in the study room whereas the last armed man was taking a bath in the bathroom while humming a Mexican ballad. He was truly enjoying his bath.
After his investigation. Xia Lei bypassed the front of the wooden building and came to the back of the building. As the armed man on the balcony upstairs turned and looked at another direction, he rushed out of the sugarcane field. His movement was silent like the wind and reached the wall at the back of the wooden building in a blink of an eye.

He pulled out a sabre and held it in his mouth. Then, he bent his knees and leapt after recruiting all his legs muscles. Immediately, his body rose from the ground, reaching a height of two meters. His right leg tapped the wall while he was still in the air to rise higher until the soles of his feet reached a parallel height with the balcony.
The armed man on the balcony immediately spun to face the noise. At that moment, he saw a man and a shining light. Before he had any responses, the light was stabbed into his forehead.
The armed man’s heartbeat stopped before he could call for help. His body lurched towards the ground. Xia Lei stretched out an arm to catch him and laid his body down on the ground quietly.
Xia Lei pulled out the sabre that was stabbed on his forehead, releasing a stream of blood which painted the ground red.
Xia Lei went immediately to the study room after he entered the wooden building.
It seemed like the armed man in the study room was their leader and he was writing a report. He had not a single idea that the Grim Reaper was outside his door.
All of a sudden, Xia Lei opened the door and threw his bloody sabre at the leader.
The leader looked at the door subconsciously after hearing the door open. But before he was able to see who had entered, he felt a sharp pain in his chest. He looked down anxiously and saw a sabre lodged in his chest. The sabre dug its way through his skin so deep that only the handle was visible. He opened his mouth wide and wanted to call for help, but was unable to make a sound.
At once, he laid on the desk. What a simple way to die.
Xia Lei walked towards him and pulled out his sabre from the corpse while taking a glance at the unfinished report on the desk.
There was this paragraph on the report, Plan A went smoothly and we had received the drone. We would ship the drone to China once we completed the test run. Plan B has also begun as well. Commander Yan Fo had sent a squad of expendables to Japan who would hijack the plane to act in concert with Plan A. If Plan A failed, they would commence their attack…
The third plan of the FA organization could not be known due to the unfinished report.
Xia Lei thought, “It turned out that Mister Yan’s name is Yan Fo. He’s actually the commander of the FA organization. His ranking must be higher than Dark Mona and Sirita but lower than Augustan. If I could assassinate these three people, the FA organization would be in big, big trouble.”
The idea was very tempting, but it was extremely difficult to do so. It wasn’t as simple as hunting for Dark Mona.
“I cannot stay here any longer since the FA organization has sent a squad of expandables to Japan. I need to tell Long Bing about this intelligence,” Xia Lei thought.
This was a critical issue. Once he ruined Plan A, they would soon begin Plan B. It was really possible to be sneak attacked by the FA organization if Bureau 101 did not take any precautions.
Xia Lei exited the study room. He entered another room and rushed straightaway to the bathroom.
The Mexican ballad hummed by the man and the sound of water flow resonated from the bathroom. Xia Lei was holding his sabre and approaching the bathroom slowly and stealthily. Upon reaching the bathroom, he grabbed the handle of the glass door which was covered with water vapour. He opened it right away and charged forward. He covered the man’s mouth with his hand and stabbed the man’s heart with his other hand.
In just a few seconds, Xia Lei stabbed the man a couple of times, rendering him useless on the bathroom floor. Blood was trickling from all of his wounds and even the water could not wash away his blood.
Xia Lei left the scene and went to another room. This was the room with the sleeping man. He had no idea that the Grim Reaper would come to him in his sleep.
Instantly, Xia Lei grabbed his sabre and stabbed into the sleeping man’s heart. Then, he covered his mouth and sliced his throat. The dream he had would be his last dream ever.
As of now, four of the armed men on the first floor were killed.
Xia Lei came to the stairs and placed his footsteps very lightly, walking downstairs cautiously.
The voice of the commentator was in Spanish and the clamour at the live scene from the television could be heard. Both football clubs were playing in overtime. The home team, Cruz Azul FC was trailing one goal behind. The match was very intense as it could end at any moment. The six armed men in the living hall were all the fans of Cruz Azul FC and all of them were very anxious. Their sights never shifted from the television’s screen to somewhere else.
Xia Lei smiled maliciously as he raised his TAR-21 assault rifle toward them.
