Chapter 284: Tomorrow!?

"Motherf*cker! How could I have a friend like you!? Say, how about you let me drive it instead!?"

"F*ck off, you already save up enough money to buy a house. Why don’t you use it to buy your own car!? God, my car wasn’t even bought by my own money, you asshole!"

"Gahh! Shut up! Did you really think I would believe your bullshit!?"

Dylan snorted as he opened the door from the passenger side and sat down inside the car, while Michael also took his seat and calmly started the car before driving away.

"Michael"

A pair of eyes longingly stared at the disappearing silhouette of the car.

Meanwhile.

"Bro, will you not really let me have a go with this baby?"

"No"

Three minutes later.

"Bro, can you let me drive this car? Just once?"

"Dylan, shut up!"

"Bahh! You’re no fun"

After driving for a while, and was forced to stop on the road because of a red light.

Michael turned towards his friend and said, "You should really buy your own car, your sister will be attending college soon. Don’t tell me you’ll allow her to commute all the way there? God, I also need to attend college because my mom registered me for it, and school starts two weeks from now!"

Dylan was so startled that he bounced up from his seat and looked at Michael, "What!? You’re attending Uni!? How come you never told me!?"

The car continued on the road when the green light appeared.

Michael scratched his cheek and said, "I uh, I didn’t mention it to you before?"

"Bro! No!" Dylan glared at him.

Michael glanced at him for a second, then he shrugged his shoulders and said, "Ngeh, you’re lucky then"

Dylan can only laugh looking at his attitude, "Ha, you f*cking bastard, you should have told me"

A few minutes later.

The two of them finally arrived at the place where the girls are waiting for them.

"Hey girls, we’re here!" Dylan quickly got down from the car when the car just barely stopped on the side of the road.

Michael just shook his head looking at Dylan and drove over to look for a parking space on the side.

"Hey, babe" Allison called out softly while waving at Dylan who was slowly walking over towards them.

Dylan smiled as he arrived before the girls, and looked at them one by one before he quickly turned his attention to Allison.

"So, you guys were really hanging out together"

Allison did the playful thing with her eyes and said, "Well, we are, and didn’t I told you about this earlier today?’

Dylan’s eyebrows jumped and tried to act ignorant, "You did? I guess I wasn’t listening then."

"What were you guys up to? Did you two go somewhere weird?" Dana said.

"You two are always together" Jenny commented.

"Seems Michael wasn’t lying when he said you two were hanging out together tonight," Amanda said.

"Of course, he wouldn’t lie to you" Dylan laughed while scratching the back of his head.

"And we didn’t go to any weird place, but went to our usual bar and had a drink or two, you know, the popular bar called Rose Bar"

"Oh, Rose Bar! Are you talking about that popular club at the Eastern District?" Jenny clapped her hands when she realized where the place that the two men went to.

Dylan moved over beside Allison and place one of his arms around her shoulders.

"Yup, the two of us have been going there for a few years now"

Michael’s voice rang out behind them before Dylan could even answer Jenny.

"Hey there, are you girls already done for the night or there’s still a place that you girls are heading to?"

Michael smiled at Amanda as he stood behind her and quickly asked the girls if they still have other plans for the night.

"Yeah, we’re going out for a drink, are you guys gonna come with us?" Jenny said, and then she looked at the girls one by one, and she smiled when no one was opposed to it.

Michael and Dylan gave a quick glance at each other.

"Yea, sure," Michael said as he shrugged his shoulders.

Dylan smiled at them, "No problem, we’ll go with you girls anywhere you want to tonight"

"Let’s go to Rose Bar then!" Dana said while raising her fist in the sky.

"What!? But that’s what we just came from?" Dylan quickly turned his head towards Dana and almost yelled at her.

Dana just playfully raised an eyebrow and looked at Dylan and said, "So, me and my sister haven’t gone there before, so you guys are bringing us there tonight, right?"

"You two haven’t been there before?" Amanda said as she looked at the two sisters.

"We rarely go out, so yeah" Allison answered.

While the girls are busy chatting with themselves, the two men helplessly followed behind them, wearing tired and unwilling looks on their faces.

"Why did you even call us to get you, girls, if you’re gonna go there anyway?" Dylan said with a scowl on his face.

"Because we just learned about it?" Allison said to Dylan with a raised eyebrow.

"And we’ll be staying here for a few days, so make sure you show us around as we rarely come here in Central City"

Dylan was a bit startled that he looked deeply at her and said, "What? I thought you’re only staying here until tomorrow?"

"Nope, I decided that I’m going to meet your mom while we’re here, maybe tomorrow" Allison had a playful smile on her face.

And the people around them looked at Dylan with sympathy, especially the two women, Jenny and Amanda as they learned that Allison is one real tough cookie.

’God, it seems that her character on television is a bit like her in real life. I wonder how they’ll turn out’ Jenny thought to herself with a chuckle.

’Their family must be really powerful, that must be why there haven’t been any scandal around her’

On the other hand, Amanda was thinking about a different thing about the two sisters.

While the other’s attention isn’t on them, Dylan quietly leaned towards Allison and whispered,

"You’re really not gonna come tomorrow and meet my mom, right?"

Allison just smiled, "What do you think?"

"But she doesn’t know that I’m dating you" Dylan has a helpless look on his face, as he wasn’t prepared for this event, and at the same time, he’s nervous as wreck right now just thinking about it.

"Your sister never told me to your mom?" Allison was a bit surprised when she said that.

Dylan snorted and said, "No, she’s not a tattletale"

"Huh, so much different from Dana" Allison gave her sister a glance and rolled her eyes.

Michael and Amanda went to his car while Dylan and the rest of the girls went towards where they parked the car they used to come here.

Meanwhile.

"Thank you"

Michael opened the car door for Amanda, before hurrying to the driver seat.

So, how was dinner earlier? Did you have fun?" said Michael as he started the car.

Amanda smiled while doing her makeup, "Yeah, it was interesting and kinda...fun"
