Chapter 26: Chapter 26

Cait barely said anything once the Zippy Lid took off. Her mouth was agape as she took in the view, leaving Piper without competition as she crawled between my legs and happily ‘glucked’ away on my cock.

The objective today was to upgrade my catalogue and New World 81 with robot helpers. The Zetan workers are good only for the Tupile’s maintenance, while protectrons aren’t what I need and I don’t have the programming for the other bot types. I have plans, but I’ll need to expand on my inventory for it to happen.

With the Commonwealth being way bigger than I imagined from the game, probably due to, you know, being set to real world scale. Who’d imagine that?

It took a bit before I found the first stop on our little shopping trip. I gave Piper a decent mouthful before I took manual control of the Zippy Lid to land the ship, pointedly ignoring how she ‘shared’ with Cait by locking lips and they both moaned exaggeratedly. Piper’s pervyness rubbed off easily onto Cait, and the two of them seem to enjoy finding new ways to distract me.

As usual the ship’s stealth mode remained active as we disembarked. Despite this being Cait’s first excursion, I had us all equipped with less obliterating weapons, just in case we ran into hostile people that could be useful as prisoners. So with the girls toting 10mm automatic pistols, and myself with a sweet FG 42 from the Tupile’s collection (because why the fuck not), we headed for the robotics disposal ground.

Unlike the game which was mostly filled with junked vehicles and tires, this one lived up to its name. There were piles of rusting robot husks lying about, with the prototype sentry bot still there. The little bunker was about the same as the game, maybe with a skeleton or two more I think.

I set up a teleport beacon and with remote pickup emptied out the grounds after cataloguing everything. Piper and Cait practiced their aim on mole rats that popped up from their burrows, ignoring the rodents’ attempt at chewing off their legs or faces.

Cait seemed to take to shooting quite well. She quickly became more disciplined in her fire compared to Piper, and a far better shot. Piper was better at dancing away from the pouncing critters though, settling for a combo of dodging and then shooting the mole rats in the back as they landed.

With the place cleaned out, I packed the beacon up and we got back into the Zippy Lid to head for the next destination. Cait took her turn between my legs this time, which Piper graciously allowed. It seems that a hierarchy has been agreed upon rather easily between the two of them, and they got along very well, which was good. If I was really going to work on a harem, might as well prioritise low drama between the members.

Also, Cait picked up tips from Piper apparently, using her tongue in the same fashion as her head bobbed up and down my shaft. The way she looked up at me though, the sheer neediness in Cait’s eyes when she kissed and licked my cock, that was her own thing.

Anyway, next up: Hesters Consumer Robotics. I’m going to stay away from the RobCo front of the Mechanist’s Lair for the time being. Better to wait for the Mechanist to appear so I can maybe try recruiting her to the cause. Also, as nice as it was to hold onto that place, moving between New World 81 and the Mechanist’s Lair would be an inconvenience for the time being.

There were little issues with the robot store. Some raiders were encountered and summarily shot down as we landed a bit away and took a nice stroll to the place. Cait wasn’t as squeamish as I thought she would be, grimmer than Piper while taking her shots, but never reluctant in pulling the trigger. I guess wasteland upbringing really do be a bit more hardcore.

We also ran into a patrol of MInutemen who were grateful for a few stimpaks to help with their wounds. Turns out they had a successful ambush on some super mutants, though some casualties were still sustained. I ignored the looks when I explained that me and the girls were just going to get some salvage.

Apparently, us three casually strolling through the ruined city didn’t have their approval.

“It can be dangerous out there, you know. Might be more ‘muties prowling around. Better if you three find someplace else to salvage, or at least get more guns to keep you safe.” It was sound advice from the lieutenant who was leading the patrol, just a shame it was wasted on us.

“We can take it,” Piper chirped casually. “We’ve tangled with super mutants before.”

The grizzled members of the patrol understandably looked very doubtful, but we still parted ways without much issue. It was easy to ignore the judging looks they sent my way, probably thinking I was leading the girls to a gory demise.

We didn’t encounter super mutants, but there was a pack of skinless wild dogs to put down. If they hadn’t been so snarly and aggressive, I might’ve tried taming them. Shame.

Hesters itself wasn’t much of a deal, I just plopped the beacon and cleaned the place out again. The active sentry bot and assaultrons were the big catches of the place, along with some manuals for programming the bots.

I found that there was something in the console that allowed me to select those manuals and ‘read’, which then basically gave me a simplified option for setting up a robot’s protocols, behaviour and whatnot. That will definitely cut down the tedium of building my own bots from scratch.

Will also need to figure out what other manuals I could use this trick on.

We encountered that same Minutemen patrol on the way back to the Zippy Lid, or rather what was left of them. We had to rush in to help as some of them were exchanging fire with a larger group of raiders in some ruins. I saw at least one confirmed corpse on the Minutemen’s side, along with four heavily wounded.

I sprinted ahead to draw fire while Piper and Cait ran around to flank, swiss-cheesing them at near point blank range. My own FG 42 blasted the head off what I presumed was the leader, who was encased in a rusted and poorly decorated suit of power armor.

I already had better sets in the Tupile, so I had every right to judge how meh this one was. With the raiders completely mopped up (and me forgetting about getting some captives), I headed back to the suddenly very worried Minutemen. Or at least the three who were well enough to react that way. The others were either too busy being badly wounded, or were dead.

“Are...are you synths?” a man asked, and I remembered that I just ran into various bullets and laser beams without suffering so much as a tickle.

Trying to play it cool, I gave a curt shake of my head. “Nah, not one of them. Just strangers passing by.” He and his compatriots looked questioningly at Piper and Cait beside me, and Piper simply put her palm over her pistol and pulled the trigger with a cheery grin. It made them wince, but she wasn’t harmed of course.

I offered more stimpaks, which they took with some caution and gave wary thanks for. With some help from me and the girls, the Minutemen death count stopped at two, the other wounded being stabilized in time.

Before leaving, I decided to throw a line to the group. “If you want help in retaking your Castle, find New World 81, near Vault 81, and ask for Sev. I’ll be more than happy to discuss reclaiming and repair works with your general, for the right price.”

Got some bots, opened up contacts with the Minutemen, enjoyed blowjobs in flight… All in all, I guess it could be considered a good shopping run. Let’s see if Nat and the other kids like robots.

But first, I properly introduced the girls to the mile high club.
